Please read the following terms and conditions as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DataXSchool Learning Centre ("the Company") regarding your use of the Site and Services.

Payment and Refund Policies
Installment Payment Policy
- First Installment: 30% of the course fee at enrollment.
- Second Installment: 30% within 15 days of enrollment.
- Third Installment: 40% within 35 days of enrollment.
Failure to pay on time will revoke access to courses. Late payments may incur additional fees, and course access will only be reinstated after full payment.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the Company: Full refund.
- Cancellation by Student:
- Within 7 days of the course start date: 15% of the fee is deducted, and the remaining is refunded.
- After 7 days: No refund.
Refund requests must be emailed to info@dataxschool.in within the applicable time frame.
Course Access and Duration
- Courses offer lifetime access to live class videos unless agreements with third parties (e.g., SAS, IBM) end.
- Extensions for course access are subject to fees (INR 5,000 + GST/month) and approval.
Temporary Account Freeze
- Requests to freeze accounts must be made in writing at least two months before the access completion date.
Placement Support Terms
- Services include CV reviews, mock interviews, and distribution of resumes to companies.
- Students must:
- Inform the placement cell if shortlisted for interviews or unable to attend.
- Maintain professionalism during placement activities.
Failure to follow guidelines may result in disqualification from placement support.
Referral Program
- Earn 10% of the course selling price as a referral bonus (excluding taxes).
- Referral bonuses apply only if friends enroll within 45 days of your referral.
- Rewards are issued after your referred friend completes payment and surpasses the 7-day refund period.
Trademark Usage Terms
- DataXSchool Learning Centre® is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use of the logo or brand will result in legal action.
